Services
Consulting services are governed by the individual proposal and service agreement accepted by each client. Website content is informational and not professional legal, tax, or financial advice.
Client portal accounts
Clients are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under their account. Access may be suspended for misuse.
Client content
Clients retain ownership of the materials they upload and grant the firm permission to use them solely to deliver services.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials are owned by SoNotched Consulting Agency unless otherwise stated in a client agreement.
Payments
Invoice terms are set in each client agreement. Overdue invoices may pause service delivery.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the firm is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or portal.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
